We're currently searching for an outgoing Wireless Customer Service Representative to execute hands-on marketing of telecommunication services. Responsibilities for the Wireless Customer Service Representative role will include educating and exciting customers on the benefits and differentiators of our available services. This position will train and become proficient in each available service, qualifying customers to match the best service to their customer needs, demonstrating the user interface for each service, and assisting the customer through the activation process.
