Job Title: User Acceptance Testing Specialist

Location: Miami, FL

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our remote QA team as a User Acceptance Testing Specialist . In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating user experience, testing app and website functionality, and providing critical feedback that helps improve our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Execute detailed user acceptance testing scenarios for various software.
Document bugs, glitches, and user experience pain points with clarity.
Collaborate with development teams to communicate issues and feedback.
Ensure that software meets user requirements across devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured instructions.
Comfort with remote working tools and familiarity with UAT methodologies.
Prior experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related fields preferred.
Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
