🚨 Travel RN – Operating Room (Scrub/Circulate)
📍 Location: Boston, MA
💰 Pay: Approx. $3,300/week (based on experience & shift mix)
🕒 Schedule: 2x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) + 2x 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) per week
📅 Contract Length: 13 Weeks
🚀 Start Date: ASAP 
🧾 Orientation: Weekly (Mondays, except holidays)

 

🏥 Unit Overview:

• 10 Operating Rooms focused on Inpatient Level I Trauma Surgery
• Specialties: Bariatric, Neurosurgery, ENT, Ortho Trauma, Spine, Plastics, Robotics, Kidney & Liver Transplants
• On-Call: Up to 2 weekends/month (day/night) + short call shifts (3p–7p or 3a–7a)
• Must respond within 30 minutes for on-call

✅ Requirements:

• 🧠 Neuro, Ortho Trauma, Kidney Transplant experience – REQUIRED
• 👨‍⚕️ Scrub and/or circulate: General Surgery, Robotics, Transplants, ENT (head & neck), GYN, Urology, Organ Procurement, Trauma
• 🧪 BLS Certification – Required
• 💉 COVID Vaccine Series + Booster – Required
• 📝 BILH Coversheet – Required at submission
• MA RN License – Active at submission
• 2+ Years of OR Experience – Preferred
• No local travelers (must live 50+ miles from facility)
• RTO must be submitted with profile – no exceptions
• Must not have worked at any BILH facility in the past 6 months (perm or per diem)

📋 Additional Details:

• 💬 Interview via IVS – offer follows
• 🚗 Parking can be up to $43/day
• 🎯 Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (on-call not included)
• 🧥 Scrub Color: Assigned per unit (provided for OR)
