Technical Program Director

Location: Chicago, IL

Overview: Oversee and manage large-scale programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Oversee long-term program goals aligned with business objectives and market trends.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as IT, network operations, and business units to ensure cohesive operations.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all systems and processes comply with industry regulations and standards.
4. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize network and IT infrastructure performance.
5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Required Capabilities/Skills:

1. Experience with governance cadences involving CXO stakeholders.
2. GenAI certifications or exposure are a plus.
3. Network domain delivery experience is required.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
5. Experience managing large multi-vendor transformations is beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary ranges from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and company policies.
