Job Title: Sr Salesforce Admin
Location: Boston, MA or Hartford CT (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Qualifications:
•Minimum 5 years of advanced Salesforce.com experience, particularly with Service Cloud.
•Strong configuration background in Salesforce with a business-minded and highly analytical approach.
•Proven expertise in various aspects of Salesforce configuration.

Interpersonal Skills:
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
•Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
•Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Preferred Skills:
•Experience with advanced Salesforce features and tools.
