Choose Your Workdays:  

• Days: Monday -Sunday  

• Shift Options:  

• • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM  

• • 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM  

• • 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM  

• Pay: $17/hour, paid every Friday  

• Location: Imperial Brown, Salisbury, NC  

All new hires must complete two consecutive days of paid training before starting regular shifts.  

What You’ll Do:  

You’ll be a key part of the team running metal fabrication equipment and supporting production goals. That includes:  

• Operating machines such as press brakes, shears, notchers, or rollers  

• Loading and unloading raw metal materials into machinery  

• Using tools like RF scanners or job sheets to follow production specs  

• Performing visual inspections and measuring materials for accuracy  

• Supporting material flow throughout the floor  

• Following safety procedures and working alongside your team  

What You’ll Do:  

You’ll be a key part of the team that assembles walk-in coolers and custom insulated panels. That includes:  

• Following instructions or blueprints to build finished components  

• Using drills, screw guns, tape measures, and hand tools  

• Handling and prepping insulation materials  

• Aligning, sealing, and securing panels using adhesives or fasteners  

• Performing visual checks for quality and accuracy  

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area  

• Working closely with your team to meet production goals  

  
What We’re Looking For:  

• Experience in assembly, construction, or carpentry is a plus - but not required  

• Comfortable using hand and power tools  

• Able to follow diagrams, measurements, and visual instructions  

• Detail-oriented and focused on quality  

• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs  

• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work on your feet
