Job Responsibilities: What you will do Effectively communicate 100% accurate information regarding the O/O program to potential O/O's while ensuring adherence to company standards and regulations. Provide supportive communication with current O/O's by offering proactive solutions to aid in driver retention. Create an accurate picture of potential cash flow and related expenses such as routine maintenance, insurance, and other costs associated with starting a small trucking business. Maintain high levels of professional customer engagement and outstanding customer service by utilizing all provided tools and programs. Proactively identify and address potential customers by tracking and notifying drivers of approval, trucks available, and relevant information. Identify and resolve potential problems during the contract process, ensuring error-free execution of all required documents. Have an intimate knowledge of all service suites to assist in identifying the best solutions for owners. Develop trust-based relationships with owners, potential owners, and co-workers through adult-to-adult conversations. Continuously improve your skills and performance. Prioritize tasks efficiently while building business acumen and a commitment to excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
