Outside Sales Account Executive

Location: New Jersey

Viking Industries, a leading corrugated box manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team. Based in New Jersey, this role offers the flexibility to work on the road, from home, and as needed in our offices in Ridgefield, NJ, or New Paltz, NY.

Your Impact:

• As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Viking Industries, building lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique packaging needs.
• Identify new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from order to delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide insights and solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales expertise.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell value-based solutions and build long-term relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record; willingness to travel within the territory.
• Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus.

• Base salary of $65,000–$90,000/year, plus generous commissions.
