Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms and organizing trade shows, and conducting analysis to support marking initiatives. The Ideal candidate will have experience with Web and print marketing materials, possess strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing performance

Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Digital advertising – Create, manage and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Develop a website and maintain up to date online presence
  • Plan and execute participation in trade shows and industry events, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials
  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and content
  • Maintain marketing databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing sales data
  • Adhere to and enforce all ISO / SQF / HACCP personnel GMP practices, conduct and safety policies.
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong Project Management skills with experience in coordinating trade shows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
