*A Resort Style Rehabilitation Facility, our facility is equipped for high-acuity patients, as well as those with multiple illnesses, injuries, or rehabilitative issues: 90% short-term transitional patients.* *This will cultivate a wide variety of skill sets for your career!*

*Job Expectations:*

Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department. The Social Worker will provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.

*Requirements:*

* Prefer 2 Years Social Work experience in a SNF or Hospital
* 4 year Degree
* Licensed Social Worker in the State of Texas

*Education / Qualifications:*

· 4 year Degree

· Social Worker License

*Knowledge / Experience:*

· At least 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Hospital

*Licensure / Certifications:*

· Social Worker License
