Job Title: Land Entitlements Manager

Reports to: Director of Land Development / VP of Land

Overview:

We are seeking a Land Entitlements Manager to oversee the entitlement process for residential and mixed-use projects. This role will manage due diligence, zoning, permitting, and coordination with local municipalities to ensure project approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage entitlement timelines and approvals for new communities.
• Coordinate with city/county agencies, consultants, and internal teams.
• Oversee zoning, permitting, and land use applications.
• Conduct due diligence and support land acquisition team as needed.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in land entitlement, planning, or land development.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and local government processes.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s in Planning, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, or related field.
