Job Title: Private Equity Health Solutions Senior Consultant - (Hybrid Format) Locations: Seattle, Denver, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine Job Responsibilities: Lead projects and manage client relationships, demonstrating in-depth health and benefits knowledge, consultative skills, and practical application. Possess advanced analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. Work independently and delegate tasks to colleagues, ensuring thorough completion of work. Understand how Health & Benefits fit into broader benefits, Total Rewards, and human capital management, linking this understanding to other business lines and opportunities. Demonstrate understanding of how Aon's Private Equity clients and their portfolio companies operate within the Health & Benefits space. Partner with the actuarial team for financial analysis and the broking team for marketing analysis. Manage relationships with carriers, vendors, and external partners. Have practical knowledge of applicable regulatory compliance and perform plan document reviews. Support Private Equity Account Executives with M&A strategy development, execution, harmonization analysis, and post-transaction benefit program setup. Provide ad-hoc support for due diligence, client conversion, and growth opportunities. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and engage with the Account Executive as needed. Required Experience: Over 5 years in Health and Benefits. Over 5 years in a HR consulting or professional services firm. Over 3 years in Mergers & Acquisitions Human Capital management (desired). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multi-project management skills. Project management and analytical skills. Strong presentation skills.
