Youll be completing a variety of residential projects, including everything from drywall patching and caulking to light carpentry and minor plumbing or electrical work. Jobs will be assigned and paid on a piece-rate basis, meaning your earning potential reflects your efficiency and quality of work.Key Responsibilities:Complete assigned handyman tasks such as repairs, maintenance, and small improvementsTravel to job sites (local/regional area)Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely mannerCommunicate clearly with clients and team leadsMaintain a clean and professional work environmentRequirements:Proven experience in general handyman work or skilled tradesComfortable using power tools and working independentlyReliable transportation and valid drivers licenseStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in various home environmentsPosition Details:Employment Type: W-2 EmployeeCompensation: Paid per job (piece rate); rates based on scope and complexitySchedule:Flexible/Variable based on job volume and availabilityMileage Reimbursement: Provided for travel to and from job sites
