Job Description

Richard, Wayne & Roberts is looking to hire recruiters in several of our recruiting divisions in any of our offices. We are experiencing growth in our Accounting, Healthcare, Real Estate Construction, Oil and Gas and HR teams.

Professional Background

  • Recruiting or Sales experience from entry to senior level
  • A history of extensive phone recruiting, selling, lead generation, referral production, and follow up (not necessarily specific to the recruiting industry)
  • Expertise in negotiating and closing win-win scenarios
  • Willingness and ability to work off hours to facilitate candidate conversations as the need arises
  • Proven, quantifiable track record of creating a strong pipeline.
  • Commitment to providing the highest customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Desire to build our presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
