We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas. The Opportunity As part of the Deal Integration and Business Realization team you support and lead operational activities across the deal lifecycle for M&A, integrations, and divestitures. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are responsible for delivering substantial business results through strategic and creative thinking, problem-solving, and individual initiative, while effectively managing project workflows and fostering a productive teamwork environment. The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
