Knowledge of construction administration is vitally important for the position. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is crucial to this role.
Required skills include an organized approach, strong communication skills, personable manner, integrity, time management, coordination skills, punctuality, and the ability to work well both in a team and independently with little or no supervision. The candidate must be willing to roll up sleeves and pitch in.
