Our client, with an international team of over 1000 attorneys, is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing Real Estate Practice Group in Charleston, South Carolina.
The team is looking for someone who has 3+ years of experience handling complex commercial real estate matters, ideally with a background representing both lenders and borrowers . This role will involve work across purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, leasing, and commercial real estate lending .

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $215,000-$255,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
