Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers . In this role, you will engage with homeowners to help them get their roofs replaced through insurance , sharing information about our services and generating interest through direct outreach. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, meeting new people, and having fun while being immersed in our culture. Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our roofing services, helping homeowners understand their options for i nsurance-covered roof replacements ,

while always aiming to under promise and over deliver.

• Collect contact information and generate leads , ensuring that you provide solutions, not problems.

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times , demonstrating our commitment to quality service, equipment, workmanship, and warranties.

• Report daily progress and feedback to the team, working with urgency but ensuring you do not rush the process.

• Take extreme ownership of your role, responsibilities, and any mistakes, always seeking to improve every day.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Energetic and outgoing personality

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Availability to work flexible hours from March to September

• A commitment to conducting all interactions with integrity
