Title : Brand Manager

Position Overview:

Elevate your career as a Brand Manager and take the lead in shaping the marketing landscape for both existing and new product lines. Contribute to strategic planning, consumer messaging, and media execution across various touchpoints to fuel sales and drive profitable growth within our dynamic product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape and execute annual consumer marketing media plans for TV, Digital, Social, and Print advertising in collaboration with the Advertising Agency of Record.
  • Drive integrated online, social media, and PR initiatives, overseeing collateral material development.
  • Monitor and manage monthly advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI for assigned brands.
  • Foster effective communication with the Advertising Agency of Record, ensuring brand guidelines and deadlines are met.
  • Represent brand voices accurately in all initiatives, including PR and social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing research team to analyze consumer marketing media/promotional activities.
  • Play a pivotal role in strategic positioning, consumer planning, and execution for new product launches.
  • Work closely with Product Management to ensure key messages align with brand briefs and product copy.
  • Act as the main contact for outside sponsorships, contracts, and partner organizations, leading media planning.
  • Maintain and update brand-level documentation for messaging.
  • Actively participate in advertising and content shoots, events, PR initiatives, trade shows, and customer calls.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of previous marketing and consumer products experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing and PR initiatives tied to growth.
  • High degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a proven track record of maintaining strategic alignment.
