Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney who is interested in employment and labor law. Experience in this area is not required—we will provide comprehensive training and mentorship. What we do require is someone who has strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in building a career in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all aspects of employment and labor law matters, including case evaluation, legal research, and drafting legal documents
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and administrative hearings
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties in a professional and effective manner
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and grow your legal skillset
  • Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in employment and labor law

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of California (Required)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
