ASSISTANT LAND SURVEYOR

Office Location: Pleasanton, Gilroy, Rocklin, CA

QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate will have a basic understanding of fundamental surveying principals and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor of Science in surveying or geomatics and a California LSIT is preferred.

The candidate will work under the supervision of a licensed Land Surveyor to perform various and diverse survey-related tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• ALTA surveys

• Plats and legal descriptions

• Lot merger documents

• Topographic maps

• Subdivision maps

• Record of surveys

• Corner records

• Downloading and processing field survey data and DXF files

• Preparation of cut sheets

SALARY RANGE

$60,000 – 90,000
